Who is responsible

GuardFix is operated by Georgii Kletskov, an individual, who is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. GuardFix is the product name, not a statement of company incorporation. Contact: [email protected]. See operator information.

What we collect and why

When you request a demo, the form collects:

• your email address;
• the problem you selected;
• optionally, a project name or link and a short description;
• your consent, its version and the time of submission;
• a request identifier.

We use this information only to respond to you, arrange a walkthrough and manage your request in our internal CRM. We do not add you to marketing campaigns on the basis of this request.

Cloudflare processes network information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP addresses and technical request details. To limit abuse, the form service stores a salted hash of the submitting IP address; the form database does not store the raw IP address. Hosting providers may keep their own operational logs.

Service providers and storage

The website and the initial storage of form submissions run on Cloudflare. Requests are then passed to our internal CRM, which is hosted separately, so that we can respond. Email correspondence uses Resend. Depending on the provider, your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Requesting a demo does not upload a project and does not authorise sharing your source code with any AI provider.

Retention

Form submissions in Cloudflare storage are kept for up to 180 days. Copies in our CRM and in email correspondence are kept while we arrange the demo and handle related discussions, and are reviewed for deletion once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your request sooner; we will delete it from every location listed above, including the CRM and email.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing the contact above. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Cookies and browser storage

This marketing site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or account sessions, and submitting the form does not set any optional analytics or advertising cookie. Separate applications and service providers may use strictly necessary security mechanisms and have their own privacy terms.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
